chocolate peanut butter banana healthy shake

This chocolate peanut butter banana shake is so good for breakfast, or snack, or lunch, anytime really.  It tastes like a chocolate milkshake to me but its really healthy.
 
What you will need is:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk-30 calories
1small banana, sliced-90 calories
1 TBSP creamy peanut butter-95 calories
1TBSP cocoa powder natural unsweetened-10 calories
about a cup or more of ice depending on how thick you like it
 
Put everything into the blender and give it a whir.
 
This makes a huge glass of chocolaty peanut butter goodness for only 225 calories.
