Low carb menu day 2

Breakfast: Started my morning with a cup of coffee with a splash of almond milk and 1 packet equal.  At about 9:00 a.m. I had a protein shake made with 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder and 1 cup almond milk, and ice.  Breakfast total carb count 4.25.

 
Lunch: I had a salad of 2 cups spring mix, rotisserie chicken, some cheddar cheese, half and avocado, 2 Tbsp salsa, and 2 Tbsp ranch dressing. Total carb count 12.
 
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg. No picture, no carbs.
 
Dinner:  Rotisserie chicken, some cheddar cheese, and 1/2 a cup of broccoli.  3 carbs for diner.
