Inexpensive Creamy Low Carb Coffee Creamer

Since going low carb I have been adding unsweetened vanilla almond milk to my coffee, and its been okay, but I have been really missing my coffee creamer. I'm used to drinking the Lucerne brand creamer from Safeway, but if I still did that I would use up my allowance for the day in carbs just in my morning coffee.  I have been looking at Pinterest for options and a lot of posts suggest the Torani sugar free syrup but its kind of expensive and I really don't want to add the cost to my grocery bill.  I found out my dollar store carries a few sugar free syrups, the brand is café al fresco it is zero carbs and they had two flavors hazelnut and Vanilla.  I purchased the vanilla.  Mix the sugar free syrup with a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and its pretty good, I wouldn't say its better than the bottled creamer that I usually buy, but its a nice substitute and definitely has more flavor than just a splash of unsweetened almond milk plus it was inexpensive and only 1 carb per serving.
To make the creamer I used
2 Tbsp. Café al fresco vanilla sugar free syrup
1 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
