1:00 minute Jumping Jacks
:30 second side lunges
:30 second Squats
1:00 minute Jog in place
:30 Burpees
:30 second lunges
1:00 Jump Rope
:30 Mountain Climber
:30 second Speed skater
1:00 minute Butt Kicks
:30 second Side Lunges
:30 second Squat Jumps
1:00 minute Jog in place
:30 second Lunges
:30 second Push-Ups
 
Do this 2 times through for a quick, complete full body workout.
