Breakfast 1 cup of coffee with a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 3 scrambled eggs seasoned with pepper, garlic powder, and tapatio with some cheddar cheese, cooked in about a half a tablespoon of butter.
For lunch I wasn't that hungry so I had some sugar free jello.
For dinner I had a salad made of spring mix lettuce, rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, and ranch dressing.
