Breakfast I had 2 cups of coffee, totaling 2 carbs.
Around 10:30 I had a turkey sandwich on cloud bread, 2 slices of turkey, a slice of provolone, 1 romaine lettuce leaf, and a tiny bit of onion and tomato, with mustard. about 4 carbs
Then at 2:00 I had a snack of 1 sting cheese and 1/2 a cup sugar free lime Jello, 2 carbs
For Dinner I had a cheeseburger on cloud bread with cheddar cheese a little grilled onion, tomato and a lettuce leaf with mustard. about 4 carbs. In one week I have lost 6 pounds eating cheeseburgers, I'm sure some of its water weight but hopefully progress doesn't slow this next week.
