Low carb cloud bread

I started a low carb diet almost a week ago now.  With a low carb diet you have to give up bread until now.  Well its not quite like real bread but its a nice alternative when eating low carb.  Best thing about this bread is it only takes 3 ingredients and its really easy to make.

 
 
 
 


What you need,
-3 oz. cream cheese
-3 eggs
-1/8 tsp. cream of tarter.
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate your egg whites from the yolks, in two separate bowls.  Add your cold cream cheese to the yolks and with a mixer, beat the two together.  Add your cream of tarter to the egg whites and mix with a mixer until stiff peaks form.  Gently fold the two together.  On a cookie sheet drop dollops of the mixture to form circles. Bake for 10-15 minutes until done.  Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
