For Breakfast I had 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty, and a slice of Kraft cheese. on low carb cloud bread, with a cup of coffee with low carb creamer. about 3 carbs for breakfast

For Lunch I had a chef salad, 2 cup spring mix, 2 slices deli turkey, cheddar cheese, avocado, 1 hard boiled egg, sliced pickle, and a little sliced tomato, with 2 tablespoons ranch dressing. About 9 carbs for lunch, not picture.
For dinner I used the low carb cloud bread again and had a cheeseburger, it was so good it felt like I was eating it on a real bun. I had lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, cheese, and mustard on it. I had a serving of pork rinds 0 carbs. About 5 carbs for the burger.
